Cairns Custom Tours Terms and Conditions.
Pick up times are subject to change due to traffic conditions, weather, and operational requirements. Please be at your hotel reception at least 5 minutes prior to your pick up time. Pickups and drop off Cairns Custom Tours accepts no responsibility for passengers or their property or any loss or damage arising out of such failure should they fail to be at the designated pick up point.
Cairns Custom Tours cannot pickup Cairns Northern Beaches. In some cases I cannot pick up at Palm Royale Hotel, Manunda due to time constraints. Pickups and drop offs are generally restricted to 3.5km by road from centre of the Cairns city.
Cairns Custom Tours will not be responsible for items left on the bus at the end of the tour. Cairns Custom Tours reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary should the need exist. Prices are subject to change and rise annually on 1 April.
We accept all major credit cards. Merchant fees may be applied to credit card payments and processing fees may not be refunded in the case of a refund if they are not refunded to Cairns Custom Tours.
Children’s ages are 4-14 years inclusive. Infants may incur a nominal charge. Tours do not operate on certain public holidays and days when Skyrail and the Kuranda Scenic Railway have maintenance or are not operational for any reason.
Kuranda Scenic Rail and Skyrail do not operate in extreme weather conditions as your safety is paramount. Excessive rainfall or lightning may affect your tour or cause part of it to be cancelled, if this is the case and you are unable to travel on the Kuranda Scenic Rail or Skyrail, a part refund will be issued or an alternate itinerary may be offered.
A cancellation fee may be levied to cover administration costs. A cancellation fee may be also be charged for late cancelations, a 100% cancelation fee is applied to all bookings cancelling less than 24 hours before travel, and a fee of 50% for cancelations 72 hours to 24 hours may be applied to direct bookings. Online travel agents have their own policies.
A rebooking fee may be levied for changes of dates or where multiple bookings have been booked on different tours and wish to change tours/itineraries to travel together.

All personal information provided to Cairns Custom Tours is collected only so that we can make bookings on your behalf with ourselves and service providers such as Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and Kuranda Scenic Railway etc.
We do not collect personal information about you when you visit our website or Facebook Page, unless you choose to provide it to us. Providing this information is your choice. The types of personal information which you may provide to us will depend on the circumstances and might include: contact details and payment details.
It is our policy not to store, file or keep credit card or bank account details. You will be asked to supply these details each and every time you make a payment to Cairns Custom Tours. This is to further enhance the security of your privacy.
